📢 What’s New in 1C:UNF and 1C:Retail for Kazakhstan — Release 3.0.9.3

The new release introduces several useful improvements for working with the National Product Catalog (NPC), counterparties, returns, and 1C:WebKassa.

🔹 Checking and Replacing Deactivated NPC Codes

You can now check whether National Product Catalog (NTIN) codes are up to date directly in 1C.

The system identifies codes that have been:
— deleted;
— not found;
— deactivated.

If a deactivated code has a successor code specified in the National Product Catalog, 1C will display the new code and allow you to automatically replace the old one.

You can also clear outdated or invalid codes.

The check is performed using NTIN codes in the product catalog and product barcode records. For companies that use sources of origin, an additional option is available to check and update the validity status of product codes in those records as well.

A new “1C: NPC” command group has also been added to the product list, providing quick access to NPC code completion and deactivated code verification tools.

🔹 Faster Counterparty Search by BIN/IIN

Search indexing by BIN/IIN has been added to the Counterparties directory.

When selecting a counterparty in documents, users can now quickly find the required company or individual directly by their BIN or IIN.

This is especially useful for companies with a large counterparty database.

🔹 Clearer Party Names in Return Documents

Party names have been updated in printed invoices for return transactions.

Instead of “Buyer” and “Supplier,” return documents now use:

“Sender” and “Recipient.”

This makes the roles of the parties clearer and helps reduce confusion when processing returns.

🔹 Changes to 1C:WebKassa Authorization

The automatic login and password completion process in POS mode has been updated.

The system now uses the credentials of the cashier selected when launching the cashier workplace.

If a default store or warehouse group and a primary responsible employee are already specified in the user settings, the additional store and cashier selection window will no longer appear.

This makes POS startup faster and simplifies the cashier’s daily workflow.

🔹 Updated Migration from 1C:Retail 2.3

The migration process from 1C:Retail for Kazakhstan version 2.3.11.3 to version 3.0.9.2 and later has been updated.

Migration requires the “ПереходВУНФ_РТ3.cfe” extension included in the 1C:Retail for Kazakhstan 3.0 distribution package.

The migration instructions and related information on the 1C ITS website have also been updated.
